Returns Policy
Return Policy: Kids Bargains offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit or exchange (less the shipping fees) on all unused merchandise in new condition. We will not accept used, dirty or washed products. Policies regarding items that are not covered by the 30-day return period are specified on the products' individual pages. Certain products offered with Free Shipping will have the shipping fees deducted from your refund if returned to us. If your order is already in transit, we will not be able to cancel or make any changes to it. If an order is refused at delivery, our actual full shipping costs (to shipping address and back to us) will be deducted from your refund.
Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. Please inspect your purchase carefully when you receive it. If there is anything wrong, please contact us immediately and we will ensure you get an immediate replacement or a refund if a replacement is not available.
HOW TO RETURN

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Please check your order immediately upon arrival contact us with any damages or errors within 7 days or arrival. Kids Bargains must report all damages immediately to the carrier for inspection. Claims issued on damaged or lost orders can take the carrier 7-10 days to process. Once a claim has been initiated and processed, a replacement will be sent. If products arrive damaged, we will replace the damaged parts. Sometimes products or parts get damaged during delivery.
Important: If any package appears even slightly damaged during delivery, please write "PACKAGE DAMAGED" on the paper that you are signing to confirm delivery. If any package is heavily damaged, you may refuse delivery. This will allow us to ship a brand new product to you in a short amount of time. If a package arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible. DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Kids Bargains is committed to providing top quality merchandise and will work closely with our manufacturers to ensure product integrity. However, should you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us via e-mail us or toll-free (800) 563-0221. Kids Bargains reserves the right to replace the defective parts or ship out a new item and is unable to accept cancellations on merchandise after it arrives, but we will make an effort to correct the order. Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces. After 30 days of receipt, Kids Bargains cannot replace defective items and we will refer all issues regarding defective merchandise to manufacturer for warranty processing, if applicable.

Certain products are non-returnable, these products are marked on the product page. Also, to ensure product integrity, health and hygiene protection, Kids Bargains is unable to accept returns on any of the following kinds of items: Diapering Accessories, Diaper Bags, Diapers, Diaper Pails & Liners, Potty Seats, Feeding Accessories, Breast Pumps, Bottles, Bottle Brushes, Nipples, Rattles, Sterilizers, Wipes, Thermometers, Pacifiers, Bathing Accessories, Lotions & Powders or Personalized items.

Your credit card information is only used for authorization, we do not keep a record of your card number in our systems. We only accept US currency. Several types of payment methods are available: Credit Cards Online, Credit Cards via Phone, PayPal, Cashiers Check and Money Orders. We do not accept COD payment of any kind at this time.
We cannot accept orders requesting company checks or personal checks.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do NOT charge "surcharges" for credit card transactions.
Credit card payments are authorized online in real time. You will be informed immediately if your credit card is declined. If declined, you may check the accuracy of the credit card number and expiration date, or choose a different card to try. Your order will NOT be sent unless the credit card number you entered is authorized. Once accepted, the authorization process allocates the total amount of the order.
You should provide us with a working phone number in order for us to contact you to confirm your order and in case of problems with your order.
KidsBargains is very aggressive in getting law enforcement involved in cases of obvious credit card fraud. Do not try it here or ANYWHERE for that matter!
CREDIT CARD via Phone:
If you do not feel comfortable transmitting your credit card number and other information on the Internet, we suggest you place an order over the phone by calling our Customer Service department at 1-800-563-0221. We'll charge your credit card manually.
PAYPAL:
We do accept PayPal, however, if you fund your PayPal account with a credit card, we would suggest to use credit card directly. PayPal orders normally get delayed due to credit card confirmation and verification process.
CASHIER'S CHECKS & MONEY ORDERS:
We do accept Cashier's checks and Money orders, but not personal or company checks. Please print your email order confirmation page and include with payment. Mailing instructions will be provided after you complete your order. We will ship your order once payment is received.
Typographical Errors: Kids Bargains does not hold any responsibilities and is not obligated to fulfill orders with incorrect pricing or product specifications due to typographical errors. We shall have the right to cancel or refuse any such order without liability.
The products shipped remain the property of Kids Bargains until paid in full. Any legal expense toward collecting bad debts are buyer's responsibility. Shipping Policy: All orders will be processed and shipped the next business day, unless otherwise stated on the web site. You can expect to receive in-stock items within 2 - 5 business days. Occasionally items ordered together may be shipped separately. There is no additional shipping charge for back ordered items. We will notify you via email of any delay greater than 2 weeks.

All shipping fees are calculated directly by UPS or USPS using your shipping destination and the weight of your order.
Kids Bargains has chosen UPS as its primary delivery service for its prompt, dependable ground and air delivery services. Shipping prices are subject to change without notice. When shipping Internationally, we only use USPS Priority Mail (6 to 10 day) service because that provides you with a tracking number. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently bill and ship to USA and Canada only. We sincerely regret that we are unable to process and ship to any other country at this time.

We do ship to APO/FPO and PO BOX addresses using USPS Priority Mail.
ALASKA, HAWAII, and PUERTO RICO
UPS ground service is now available to Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us about Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air when shipping to these states. Kids Bargains may choose the U.S. Postal Service as an option for shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Any Free Shipping Offers exclude Alaska and Hawaii. WE DO NOT SHIP TO PUERTO RICO.

OVER SIZED PACKAGING
UPS Large Package Conditions:
Your UPS domestic or UPS Standard to Canada package is considered a Large Package when its length, combined with twice the width plus twice the height, exceeds 130 inches and is equal to or less than 165 inches.
Large Packages are subject to a minimum billable weight of 90 pounds and have a Large Package Surcharge of $40 on all UPS domestic packages, including Hundredweight and Standard to Canada packages, when the size of the package exceeds 130 inches (330 cm) in length and girth combined. DELIVERY TIME
Most in-stock orders are shipped from our facility within 24 hours. Ground shipping time will usually be 2 to 5 business days, depending on where you live. This means you can expect to receive your package 2 to 5 business days after you place your order. Please note: UPS 3 Day Select, Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air delivery is based on business days. For example, an order placed on Thursday, 3 Day Select, will not arrive until the following Tuesday. Please do not count weekends and holidays when calculating expedited shipping times.
